In Residence and Father Rabbit both subscribe to the philosophy ‘that things should be done right or not at all”. A long dreamed of collaboration to marry the beautiful fittings from In Residence with the transformative homewares of Father Rabbit, came to fruition when a striking house in Takapuna, Auckland presented itself.
A total renovation had created a harmony of style throughout the house most evident in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry with Perrin & Rowe fittings and premium appliances set against marble and dark oak cabinetry to give a modern but classically timeless look. These most lived-in utility spaces in the home also happen to be the rooms which live closest to Father Rabbit’s heart.
A ‘photo-shoot’ implies a precise target but the photographer also needs to adapt to the stylist. Photographer Heyes Johnson worked brilliantly - and patiently - to understand desired outcomes and produce images which work for both parties. This was only made possible by the generosity of the homeowner who allowed access to these beautiful backdrops.
The Father Rabbit team brought boxes and more boxes of gorgeous products which all seemed to work harmoniously together – proving that anything and everything from their stable of homewares will make the daily tasks of cooking, laundry and bathing easier with your home looking fabulous at the same time!
The Father Rabbit accessories for kitchen, bathroom and laundry worked in perfect synchrony with the Perrin & Rowe fittings, creating images which reflect the magic of this stunning home.
