Continued growth has created a position for an experienced Accountant or Bookkeeper based from our Greenlane showroom. The successful applicant will manage the financial recording and reporting for our NZ and Australian businesses. They will liaise with our external Accountants in each country and ADP Payroll in Australia. Both businesses operate using the same Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP. This role forms part of the management team and reports to the Managing Director.
To be successful in this role, you will need to understand financial reporting requirements and corporate tax. You will be very organised and keen to review and improve current processes, procedures and standards within the business management.
This is a permanent role. We are looking for someone for up to 40 hours per week as suits the successful applicant. There is flexibility on the start and finish times.
The role assumes responsibility for the following:
Bookkeeping & Administration
Manage and reconcile accounts receivable.
