The Green Guatemala marble is a serpentine deep green stone which is veined with varying shades of whites and darker greens. While the name pays tribute to Guatemala and its lush rainforests, the material is quarried in India. It has long been thought by indigenous tribes that this marble has healing powers, and over the years, has been used in some of the finest buildings and hotels around the world. As a natural product there will be variations in the veining patterns which we believe adds to its charm.
