The highly skilled Armac Martin finishers in the UK take the raw brass component and hand sateen the product to give a brushed finish. A light antique patina is then applied to the brass before being placed into barrelling machines full of cones to achieve a naturally aged appearance to the product.
CARE & MAINTENANCE: As this is a natural living finish the finish will naturally oxidise and patina over time. The more the product is handled the faster the finish will wear away, eventually leading to a more natural brass appearance.
