All of our product is imported from England and Italy. We endeavour to keep a healthy stock of our most popular items on hand, in our local warehouses. Other products, including those made to order, are brought in specially to fulfill individual customer orders.
The following guidelines help to explain which items we hold in stock, what our current stock levels are, and what the estimated lead times are on unstocked items. We periodically update these guidelines with the most accurate information we have available (last updated May 2026). Our advice throughout the year is to plan your project as far ahead as possible and order your product well in advance.

We have a selection of Aquadomo flush plates in stock in our warehouse.
For items not in stock, production time currently ranges from 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the item and its finish.

For items not currently in stock, lead times are typically 12–20 weeks, comprising approximately 8–10 weeks production time and 2–8 weeks transit. Please note that larger items are shipped by sea freight, which can extend transit times to up to 8 weeks.

We have a small stock of Joseph Giles hardware in our warehouse.
For items not in stock, lead times range from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the item and its finish. Items from our Joseph Giles Collections generally have a shorter lead time than made to order items.
We welcome your enquiries for more specific estimated lead times on itemised Joseph Giles products and can usually obtain an answer from Joseph Giles overnight.

Oxford Grilles are bespoke custom products that are made to order. The current lead time is up to 8 to 12 weeks.

We have a good stock of Perrin & Rowe kitchen taps, bathroom taps, shower fittings, bathroom accessories and cabinet hardware in our warehouse. Any unstocked tapware items are made to order, the lead time is 8 to 10 weeks.
All available stock will ship from warehouse, up to 3 working days to dispatch.
We place substantial stock orders for Perrin & Rowe products each week and receive new shipments, by air, weekly. STATUS: Good stock
