Product Supply Times at February 2024
All of our product is imported from England and Italy. We endeavour to keep a healthy stock of our most popular items on hand, in our local warehouses. Other products, including those made to order, are brought in specially to fulfill individual customer orders.
The following guidelines help to explain which items we hold in stock, what our current stock levels are, and what the estimated lead times are on unstocked items. We periodically update these guidelines with the most accurate information we have available.
Our advice throughout 2024 and into 2025 is to plan your project as far ahead as possible; and to order your product well in advance.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL STOCK AVAILABILITY IS SUBJECT TO SUPPLIER PRODUCTION. WE ARE UNABLE TO GUARANTEE THE SUPPLY OF ANY PRODUCT OR TO GUARANTEE ANY ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME-FRAME.
We have a good stock of fireclay butler sinks in our warehouse. Sink protection racks and sink wastes are also well stocked items.

We have a selection of Aquadomo flush plates in stock in our warehouse.
For items not in stock, production time currently ranges from 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the item and its finish.
STATUS: Available stock
We have a variety of basin stands, towel warmers and mirrors in stock in our warehouse.
For items not in stock, the lead time is approximately 12 weeks (8 to 10 weeks production plus 2 weeks airfreight).
Large towel warmers and mirrors have a longer lead time, approximately 16 to 22 weeks. They are shipped by sea which takes 8 to 12 weeks.

We have a small stock of Joseph Giles hardware in our warehouse.
For items not in stock, lead times range from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the item and its finish. Items from our Joseph Giles Collections generally have a shorter lead time than made to order items.
We welcome your enquiries for more specific estimated lead times on itemised Joseph Giles products and can usually obtain an answer from Joseph Giles overnight.

Oxford Grilles are bespoke custom products that are made to order. The current lead time is 8 to 12 weeks.

We have a good stock of Perrin & Rowe kitchen taps, bathroom taps, shower fittings, bathroom accessories, cabinet hardware, toilets, bidets and hand basins in our warehouse.
We place substantial stock orders for Perrin & Rowe products each week and receive new shipments, by sea and air, weekly. We are happy to advise on estimated lead times for any item not currently in stock.

We have a good stock of Florida and Niagara urinals in our Melbourne warehouse.

We have a good stock of The Water Monopoly baths, hand basins, toilets and bidets in our warehouse.
For bathroomware not in stock, the lead time is 8 to 12 weeks.
Strong global demand for The Water Monopoly baths can sometimes cause delays. Please contact us for a current estimate of the lead time for any bath you are considering.

The lead time for new Armac Martin orders is 4 to 8 weeks.
