Clearance items are subject to availability at the time of ordering. Payment may be made by cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card. Prices stated are final and non-negotiable. Orders will be finalised and the relevant goods will be released once payment has been received in full. Freight within New Zealand will be paid by In Residence.

As the items listed are discontinued, ex-display or seconds stock, no returns will be accepted other than due to faulty manufacture and we cannot guarantee supply of identical replacement stock (in the event of a product defect) or of complementary products.

Our standard 5 year warranty applies to all clearance items.
