Warranty
We recognise that while our products are extremely well made and tested before leaving the factory, on a rare occasion a product may reach a customer with an undetected fault. Our team will give immediate attention to notification of any problems or concerns.
Dated proof of purchase must be provided for all warranty claims. The warranty period for any replacement parts is limited to the expiry date of the original warranty.
Hawthorn Hill products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for five years from the date of purchase when installed in New Zealand in normal domestic applications. Their plated metal finishes are warranted for five years, excepting the Gold and Oil Rubbed Bronze finishes which carry a one year warranty.
The thermostatic elements in Hawthorn Hill electric towel warmers are warranted for five (5) years against manufacturing defects.
